Flew from Chiang Mai to Koh Panghan. We had the vague idea to start our „island-hopping“ part of the journey here but soon discovered that Salad Hut at Salad Bay at the north-eastern coast of the island was as good as it could get. Nice bungalow on the beach, a hammock with a view to the open sea and good food.
Apart from a cooking class (for just the two of us – this is definitely low season) we mostly sat, swam, read.
